It is important to get a grip on how your organisation is being built or you might not like what you see when you eventually take a step back.
I don't want to be bigger and i just want my business to work better - can you help me do that?
Bigger is not always better, in fact, making a chaotic situation bigger and more complicated is not going to help anyone - creating a stable platform, managing it better, and then choosing the right time to grow, is a much better choice.
You will then be building on a much more stable platform, setting yourself and your business up for success!
Consultants just come in, and then disappear - what makes you different?
We are different because we have been there too - we understand how daunting it can be to bring someone new into your business and to admit that you need some help.
There is very little value in producing processes and systems, performing analysis and measuring the business performance and then not using what has been produced - that does not make sense!
We will work closely with you and your team to make sure that what is produced can actually be used, we want you to succeed, not just gain another client!

It depends! ... on what stage you are at, what has already been designed and implemented in your business, what level of complexity exists in your processes and the size of your business.
